Debbie Colubiale has been our Real Estate Agent for 3 years now. In that time she has sold us 5 houses. Why do we keep coming back? There are a lot of ups and downs from the looking for a home to closing. It doesn't always go smoothly. The difference is Debbie will get you through to the end smoother than most agents. I would like to be as cool headed as her. She will be there for you when you need assistance and she returns phone calls and keeps appointments. How many people do that these days? These are not just general comments but specifics I have noted through 5 transactions. You need someone who is on top of things to complete a successful closing. After the closing you will be satisfied with the service and not have to go away thinking that it was something you dreaded but instead, you will feel like you would give her a call should you need to buy or sell again. When it comes time to sell all 5 homes we will be listing them with Debbie.
